About Pat



Pat Ramsey is a member of the NI Assembly for Foyle.  He was originally elected in 2003 and was re-elected in 2007 and 2011.  He is the SDLP Chief Whip and the Spokesperson for Employment and Learning, serving on the DEL Commitee.  Pat served the people of Derry on Derry City Council for over 20 years, and served as Mayor in 1999.  He is recognised champion of vulnerable people and serves on a number of All-Party Working Groups at Stormont.

Pat is married to Chris, they have 4 children; 3 girls and 1 boy.
